Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sleepy Tie® experience, but due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the Sleepy Tie® is in its original box with all tags attached; items that show signs of use or hair residue will not be eligible for a refund.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
